Vancouver-based Tradle is an ecommerce subscription platform for infant clothing. Their zero waste, circular business model partners with high quality, eco-friendly brands and helps them properly manage and reduce consumption over clothing lifecycles. Their product offerings include customizable monthly subscriptions & gift subscriptions.

Our role was to provide a comprehensive analysis of their current analytics, competitors and their target consumer’s shopping behaviors. With this information we were able to create a customized paid media strategy to help Tradle maximize their budget to reach their targets and increase subscription sign ups. Our recommended tactics included ad spend for Google, Facebook and Instagram.
